Nicholas start mowing turf just outside of high school in the early 2000's when he profound his love for the industry and the people met along the way. In 2016 Nicholas dedicated his education to proficient snow operations and management. Which has helped V.

Nicholas start mowing turf just outside of high school in the early 2000's when he profound his love for the industry and the people met along the way. In 2016 Nicholas dedicated his education to proficient snow operations and management. Which has helped V.L.M. become one of the regions largest self preforming snow & ice management companies in Virginia. He is a member of SIMA- Snow and ice management association and regularly attends course and educational seminar's. In 2018 he became a commercial applicator for turf management to help V.L.M. become one of the areas leading turf management companies, and 2020 V.L.M. Also Joined The IA- Irrigation Association to better educated our team on proper watering and water conservation.

Carlos takes infinite pride in his work and his employees. With his well-known
Carlos joined the Virginia Landscape Management team adding 15 years of maintenance and enhancement experience to the team, starting out as a foreman to then leading a crew of more than 30+ employees to maintaining more than 300 + commercial landscape sites. Carlos takes infinite pride in his work and his employees. With his well-known foundation of landscape experience, Carlos has been photographed in landscape magazines and added to company websites where he was awarded for his enhancement quality, sales and great work. Before relocating to the Fredericksburg area with his family, Carlos was providing services in Virginia Beach, Hampton, Norfolk, Williamsburg, and surrounding areas.

He started by doing small yard clean-ups in high school, and then realizing his passion for the green industry, started working for a local company located in Fredericksburg. Justin would work for that same company for nine and a half years. Starting out as a crew member, he was
Justin has been in the landscape industry for over 13 years. He started by doing small yard clean-ups in high school, and then realizing his passion for the green industry, started working for a local company located in Fredericksburg. Justin would work for that same company for nine and a half years. Starting out as a crew member, he was able to work his way up to enhancement crew leader, followed by maintenance crew leader. After just a few years of being a maintenance crew leader, Justin was again promoted, this time to decided to production manager. This would be a role that he kept for the following 4 years before making his home here at V.L.M.

During his career, he has received numerous awards for his extraordinary commitment to customer service and environmental stewardship. In his spare time, he enjoys gardening, fishing, kayaking and spending time outdoors. He lives in Powhatan, VA with his wife, daughter and two dogs.
